DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to dispatch all regular orders quickly and efficiently within 24 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order items, please check the delivery estimate dates as each product is different.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

UK Royal Mail Standard £4.50 

UK Standard Delivery within 1-3 working days. Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Free delivery for orders over £50. 

Royal Mail Delivery Europe Standard  £13.30 

Deliver orders to the EU within 3- 5 working days.  FREE delivery over £100 

Worldwide Delivery - Please contact us  

Countries outside of the EU within 6- 10 working days.

*Please note due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewellery products into the Russian Federation.

**For outside the UK the customer is responsible for all customs charges. 

***For all international orders, please write the full address in English at the checkout.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can track your order using the tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can sign in to your Neena’s account to check your order status.

During sales or busy periods, the delivery may take 5-7 working days.

If you are not home when they deliver

We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.

Neena does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Missing or Damaged Items
